Ninjas are limited to two make-up classes per semester.
Make-ups must be taken within the semester in which they are missed, and are not permitted during the last week of class for course runs.
The Customer Portal allows you to enter absences and schedule your own makeup classes.
Log in, take a look at availability for your ninja’s age group, and schedule a make-up class that fits your schedule. If nothing shows up, it means the classes are full, and you can email us to find a solution.
No make ups are permitted during summer sessions.
Payment will be processed in full within 24 hours of registration for any offering: classes, privates, drop-ins, events, or parties. Payment must be collected before classes or events.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
For New Students: Refunds (less one class) are available up to 24 hours after the first class of the semester, if you decide that our ninja program is not right for you (never happened). No refunds after the first class. No refunds for adults class packages.
For Returning Students: No refunds once the semester begins.
For private sessions, a minimum of 24-hour cancellation is required for a refund or rescheduling. Birthday party fees are non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the event.
All refunds will incur a small refund fee for processing.
Seasonal and promotional discounts will be available from time to time. Check Instagram, Facebook, and our website for special promotions and offers.
Tuition will be pro-rated accordingly for late registration. No registration after week #2; or week #3 for experienced students.
A $40 fee will be charged to your account for any returned checks.
See policy above. Make-up classes must be scheduled by logging into the Customer Portal and scheduling your own absence and make ups. No make-ups during the last week of semester.
We will notify you via email about any class cancellations for inclement weather or other event. Information will also be posted on the website and socials. Either class will be rescheduled or an additional make-up class may be scheduled.
Recommended Ninja Footwear: New Balance Fresh Foam Sole (not fat soles, low soles), Zante (discontinued, but they’re the best if you can find), Tempo, Prevail, Arishi, or any Fresh Foam New Balance; Str/ke Mvmnt; Nike Precision 5; Merrell Vapor Glove. Laces are best.
For Parkour: Adidas Samba, Str/ke Mvmnt, or Feiyue.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Street parking only; you will be towed if you park at Staples, Pep Boys, Blinds To Go or Red Wing.
Q: Are sneakers with Velcro acceptable?
A: Yes and no. Velcro is not as tight as laces are, and sneakers that are not tightly fitted fall off on the Warped Wall and on the angled steps. Velcro is acceptable, but laces are much preferred.
Q: Can my child’s friend join for one class during the semester?
A: No, our class is a progression-based curriculum where difficulty level increases with time. It is not safe for an inexperienced kid to join mid-session. However, drop-in classes are a great way to introduce ninja to a kid who may be interested.
Q: What if we miss a class?
A: You are entitled to two make up classes per semester. You can schedule absences and arrange make up classes using your Customer Portal, accessible from our website.
Q: My child is almost 6, can they join anyway?
A: If your child is turning 6 within the first few weeks of the beginning of a 10-week session, then yes. For one-off classes or parties, our age limit is strictly 6.
Q: Can my child take a trial class to see if they like it?
A: We don’t offer trials in the 10-week session, but you can join a drop in class. See Drop In Class registration calendar on our website.
Q: My kid is very athletic, can they be in an older age group?
A: Kids are grouped according age for many reasons, including social. If our coaching staff observes that your kid’s abilities are well beyond their current age group, we will ensure they are challenged and/or discuss moving them to advanced class.
Q: Can my siblings take class at the same time?
A: We group children according to age. If your siblings are the same, or close to the same age, yes. If not, they will need to be in their appropriate age groups.
Q: Can we serve cake or food at our birthday party?
A: No, food is not allowed to be served. This is not a COVID-related rule, so it won’t change. We provide a table for you to put out gift bags, and to-go cupcakes are a great solution.
Q: May a younger sibling participate in the party?
A: Only if the sibling is age 6+.
Q: Is there open gym?
A: There is no open gym for any age. Adult Class can be “open” for elite or experienced athletes.
Q: Is the adult class really for all levels?
A: Yes! Ninja warrior is an individual sport, so everyone performs obstacles at their own skill level.
